Recipe for salmon, chicken or pork tenderloin

Follow the same recipe as you did for the Brie Cheese just add 1tablespoon of vinegar and 3  tablespoons of water simmer for ½ minute and let  it cool down so you don’t melt the salad and pour over your pork, chicken or salmon that  is on a
bed of mixed greens…..
a pinch of curry or garlic can be added
