Menu

Our menu is an eclectic collection of light dishes, refined gastronomy, and entrées that offer the comfort of home cooking.

All of our dishes are made from fresh ingredients, sourced when possible from local farms, and prepared onside by Chef Danny Duchesne. Additional enhancements, such as some condiments and dressings, are taken right from the shelves in the gourmet food products section in our store.

Appetizers

We prepare and smoke our own salmon in house. You can also purchase some by the pound to take home with you. In fact, many of our menu items are available for take out.

Romaine lettuce, croutons, and bacon bits tossed in our house Caesar dressing, crowned with a rosemary and lemon marinated grilled chicken breast and shavings of fresh Parmesan.

Warm seafood salad - $16.00
Baby greens garnished with tomato wedges, sliced cucumber, and shredded carrot, surrounded by pan-fried tiger shrimps and sea scallops in a fresh dill aioli sauce.

Warm Cajun salmon salad with fresh fruit salsa - $14.50
Oven-baked Cajun-spiced salmon fillet topped with fruit salsa, served over organic baby greens laced in an orange-lemon dressing.

Design your own meal combinations

The following are served with your choice of side dish: a cup of Chef’s soup or small organic greens salad with honey garlic dressing or potato chips. To substitute your side dish with a Caesar salad, add $1.50
