Royal Luncheon is served Tuesday, May 15th to Saturday, May 19th from 11am to 3pm, featuring some of the couples’ favourite dishes. Meghan loves Turkey Meat Loaf, Poutine and Thai food. Prince Harry loves Pizza, Botswana traditional food and crispy bacon, not to mention banana cake….

The Royal Wedding Reception

is on Saturday, May 19th at 7pm for $55 per person.

The Royal Brunch will be offered Sunday, May 20th from 11am to 3pm, and then our Buckingham Palace High Royal tea will be served at 4pm for $30 per person.

Seswaa with Pap and Morogo

Botswana Traditional dish made with beef cooked on the bone with water & salt, served with Pap. Pap is made of cornmeal, and morogo is spinach like greens.


Turkey Ballotine

Turkey Breast served one of 3 ways: stuffed with Fennel-Apple filling or Bacon-Mushroom filling or Sausage-Cornmeal filling, with creamed carrot, green bean & Duchess Potato.

Dessert Choices

Botswana Malva Pudding served with Vanilla Ice Cream

Malva pudding is a sweet pudding of Cape Malay origin. It contains apricot jam and has a spongy caramelized texture. A cream sauce is poured over it while it is still hot.
